 Why is good fat (unsaturated fats)   necessary for you while you build muscle? 

Good fats are class of fats that are rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Unsaturated fatty acids have been shown to inhibit cholesterol accumulation in body. Presence of unsaturated fatty acids in diet are also shown to control free radicals. This is especially important during heavy work outs when muscle break down and  building leads to oxidation and generation of free radicals. Good fats also control insulin resistance condition and diabetes.

 Are protein bars good for women?

The Indian population overall is deficient when it comes to both protein and calcium intake, women and vegetarians in particular. The normal recommended RDA for women is about .8 - 1g of protein per kg of body weight.
