I have used morning breakfast with oats before workout...fruit + nuts & seed very delicious & real taste.
I cooked the same way I cook the "no added sugar museli", added milk and museli and cooked on flame, but the milk curdled...
Before ordering I specifically asked if muesuli has oil, they said no but it has rice bran oil. And flavour of strawberry powder is quiet high.. children may like this flavour not adults.
