Creamy Oats Recipe

Ten minutes for a creamy and healthy start to your day!

You’ll need:
2 cloves minced garlic
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tbsp oregano
1 cup rolled oats
½ red bell pepper
½ cup peas
½ cup grated carrot
1 tbsp unsweetened cream (of your choice)
¼ cup grated cheese (of your choice)
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of Salt and black pepper

In a pan, heat the oil on medium flame. Slide in the garlic, carrots and bell peppers. Lightly saute. Add the turmeric and oregano until well glazed over the veggies. Let it cook for a minute.

Now, slide in the cream and cheese. Enjoy the visual ASMR as you fold the veggies in the creamy concoction. Slowly add ½ a cup of boiling water to the mix and release the rolled oats. Bring to a boil on high flame then down to medium heat.

Garnish with fresh coriander & serve warm and creamy! Tag a friend who could use this yum savoury oats delight!
