- 1 ¼ cup Yogabar Unsweetened Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup coconut flour
- ½ cup of honey
- 100g dark chocolate (70%-80%)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Cover a 9-inch x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Then, In a mixing bowl, stir peanut butter and honey until evenly combined. Stir in coconut flour.
The dough will get thick and dry so use your hands to knead the dough. Evenly press the peanut butter dough all over the prepared pan. Fully cover the pan in an even layer of peanut butter dough. Freeze while you prepare the chocolate ganache.
Add the pieces of dark chocolate with melted coconut oil and peanut butter to a bowl and microwave for 1 min, stir in between to prevent the chocolate from burning. It is ready when all the chocolate is melted, and the mixture is shiny and smooth.
