Butter Apple Sandwich

Whip this gluten-free and vegan apple & peanut butter sandwich in under 5 minutes! A healthy snack alternative the whole family will love🥰

👩🏻‍🍳Here’s what you’ll need:
- Green Apples🍏
- Yogabar 100% Peanut Butter Creamy
- Fresh berries of your choice (we’ve used blueberries🫐)

Start by using an apple corer to separate the core from the apples. Lay the apple horizontally so the side with the skin is facing up toward you. Cut in ¼" slices so you get a circular apple slice with a hole in the middle. These will be your apple sandwich slices. One apple provides approximately 5-6 slices.

Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on one apple slice, add some berries and top with another slice to make a sandwich. Serve immediately and enjoy a healthy and fun snack✨🤌🏼
