Return & Exchange Policy

Purchases made from our online store cannot be returned after purchase. If, in any case, you receive a defective, transit-damaged, or expired product, we will offer a full replacement free of charge upon receiving sufficient proof of purchase and the defect. To process this, please send unboxing videos and photographs of the affected product along with proof of purchase to hello@yogabars.in. Our quality control team will review the defect and, if confirmed, dispatch a replacement promptly. Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receipt. We won't be able to assist the customer if the request is made after 48 hours of receipt.

If your ordered product is not delivered, you may furnish proof of purchase to hello@yogabars.in and we will redeliver the product promptly. No returns will be accepted for products that simply do not meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at hello@yogabars.in. Our customer care team is available Monday–Sunday, 10 am - 6 pm IST, and will respond within 24 hours.

Cancellation & Refunds

Once an order is successfully placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Refund requests will only be considered in cases of unserviceable delivery locations or unreasonable delivery delays. Damaged products will be handled per our Returns & Exchange policy.Confirmed refunds will be processed within 7 working days and may take an additional 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
