The trail mix is convenient enough that one doesn't need to buy different seeds nuts and fruits separately to combine them but the main issue is that its mostly fruits especially a huge quantity of raisins or similar fruit (maybe prunes) in it also it does seem to contain more pumpkin seeds in it. One needs to eat in moderation if they don't want a lot of sugar intake.
